On March 12, 2020, two models from UNV Mini PTZ camera series stood out from the submissions from 60 countries and won Red Dot Award: Product Design 2019.
The Red Dot awards began in 1955 and have since become an internationally-recognized symbol of excellence, tracking the most prominent trends in communications design and technology worldwide. With excellent design, innovative performance and practical quality, two models from UNV Mini PTZ series cameras stand out from more than 6300 works in more than 60 countries. Signed up by manufacturers and designers from all over the world, the Red Dot Award is tested, discussed and reviewed by 40 international experts, dedicated to selecting the best products of the year, and explicitly states that “Only those works that stand out from the same category by virtue of their extraordinary design are awarded”. The whole series of Uniview products are designed without sharp corners, and the iconic dolphin shaped curve exactly follows the selection concept of “In Search of Good Design and Innovation”.
UNV mini PTZ camera applies new anti-reflection glass, which not only can increase infrared transmittance by 8% but also improves the average light compensation performance for the video and effectively avoid regional overexposure. Quick installation design provides three simple and flexible installation methods such as mounted on the surface of ceilings, walls, and even tripod.
